We have the pleasure to present to you a sweet coffee without acidity, being our recommendation for those who are at the beginning of their foray into the world of specialty coffee.
This coffee is from Serra Negra owned by Jose Eduardo Bernardes, the same farm we had our most appreciated experimental semi-carbonic coffee. This is also from the Topazio varietal, grown at 1000masl altitudes, but this one is natural processed - coffee beans are left to dry in the cherry then are mechanically peeled.
This coffee has the aromatic profile of honeysuckle floral notes, with milk and walnut chocolate, strawberries, a silky body, and low acidity.
