Accessing this website or any part of it implies your agreement with the following terms and conditions. By registering an Order on the website, the Client agrees with the form of communication (by telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller carries out his commercial operations. The use and order agreement produce legal effects between the Customer/Client and the Seller. Acceptance is considered tacit and unreserved.
We reserve the right to make changes to the content, form, placement, prices, products, without the need to notify the Customers/Visitors about them in advance.

It is the obligation of Customers and Visitors to periodically check the clauses contained in these terms and conditions.
METHODS OF USING Sloanecoffee.com WEBSITE
ORDER PLACEMENT
1.1. Orders can be made online and there is no minimum quantity. Anyone interested can place an order by filling out the form in the special section for this purpose. This method is preferable because the products and the quantity are clearly and surely identified and you have permanent access to such information, the placement program being NON-STOP.
1.2 The registration of each person will be done using concrete, correct and valid data, filling in all the required fields. In the event that the billing address is different from the delivery address, this will be expressly mentioned, as will any other additional information. Our online store uses a shopping cart. The customer is asked to carefully check the products and quantities displayed in the basket, these being the final order. After verification, the Customer must click on the “Proceed to checkout” button, following the completion of the Order by making payment through one of the expressly indicated methods. Once added to the shopping cart, a product is available for purchase as long as there is stock available for it. Adding a product without completing the order, does not entail the registration of an order, implicitly neither the automatic reservation of the product.
1.3. By completing the order the Customer agrees that all the data provided by it, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the date of placing the Order. By completing the order, the Customer agrees that the Seller may contact him, by any means available / agreed by the Seller, in any situation in which it is necessary to contact the Customer.
1.4. All prices displayed on the website are in RON and include VAT. The prices displayed do not include the delivery taxes. These taxes will be passed separately on the tax invoice. The fiscal invoice is issued according to the legislation in force in Romania and is sent together with the products ordered at the delivery address.
1.5 According to the laws in force, the order made on the website sloanecoffee.com is considered a contract between the user and SC SLOANE COFFEE ROASTERY SRL and must be executed by both parties. This means that the Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products and services, and the Customer undertakes to pay the order value.
1.6. We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on the website when we consider this necessary.
1.7 The Seller may cancel the order made by the Customer, following a prior notification addressed to the Customer, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim the other damages in the following cases:
1.7.1. not having the coffees on stock
1.7.2. invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by the Seller, in case of online payment;
1.7.3. the data provided by the Client, on the website are incomplete and / or incorrect;
CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER
After placing the order online, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address indicated by the Customer. Orders made on weekdays, until 16:00, Romania time, will be shipped in no more than 1 business day. The term of delivery of the products is calculated from the moment of sending this email, except for the weekend days or legal holidays when the program is offset to first legal days or in terms communicated in advance.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS.
3.1. The term of delivery in UE is depending on the country, state and is calculated from the moment indicated in art. 2 above. In special, objective conditions, the Seller reserves the right to increase the delivery time, without being blamed for this.
The order will be delivered through a courier company with which SC Sloane Coffee Roastery SRL has a collaboration contract in this regard.
The cost charged by the delivery company will be in addition to the cost of the products ordered on our website and will be mentioned in the final section of the order for orders in Romania, but for orders in UE this must be calculated depending on the state/city. The price of the products displayed on the site is in lei (RON) and includes VAT. In addition to this price, the buyer will pay the shipping and reimbursement fee. There is no minimum order, shipping is 15 RON + VAT and free for orders over 200 RON in Romania. In EU countries the transportation is calculated separately, quoted at 12 euros. Payment by repayment is possible only in the territory of Romania, and If the buyer has opted for payment by repayment, it will be made in cash (RON), at the moment of receiving the package. It will be paid to the delivery agent, together with the value of the order, upon delivery. For orders in the EU states the payment will be made only by online payment. The shipping fee it’s set for a maximum volume of 2kg, in the EU area. If the order exceeds this weight or is placed from another region, the shipping cost will be recalculated accordingly and will be sent by email after the final estimate will be sent to us.
3.2. The pick-up from the roastery is possible only by writing this in the mentions section and contacting in advance a sales advisor. Any price changes, discounts or promotions will be explicitly mentioned on the website, to the products to which they apply.
3.3. If the buyer has chosen online payment, the delivery will be made in maximum 2-3 working days from the confirmation of payment, through a fast courier company.
The products are delivered exclusively on the Romanian territory and EU states, otherwise please contact the company with an email (infos in contact). SC Sloane Coffee Roastery SRL is not responsible for any delays due to the delivery issues. In the event that any of the desired products is not in stock, the Customer will be informed immediately. All delivered products will contain the label specifying the date on which the coffee was roasted and the joint recommendation according to the manufacturers’ instructions in this regard and will be in accordance with all the indications and descriptions mentioned on the website or on the label. The seller is not responsible for the damages arising from the transportation. The products delivered by SC Sloane Coffee Roastery SRL are in compliance with the law of the copyright, the intellectual property right and the other related laws in forced in Romania.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
According to art. 12 lit. 1 thesis I, corroborated with art. 10 paragraph 1 bed c of the Government Ordinance no. 130 of August 31, 2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, as republished and modified, the 10-day term of return of the product only if it is in perfect conditions, including the related packaging, accessories and consumables, that is to say they do not present under any a form of signs of wear or consumption, accompanied by the written declaration of the customer that he has not taken any action regarding the returned product. The return of the products will be done at the customer’s expense, using the same transportation service with which the shipment was made. SC Sloane Coffee Roastery SRL will refund the order value within 30 days from the date of receiving the returned products and checking their status. The amount refunded, as well as the conditions of return, do not include the transportation costs.
III. USER / CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The user undertakes to use the website sloanecoffee.com according with the terms and conditions, in good faith, and not to download or duplicate or use for their own interest or for any third person any information, photo, logo , design or any other information found on this website, including it in its entirety, and which is the exclusive property of SC Sloane Coffee Roastery SRL, for any purpose other than the purchase of products presented on the website.
By registering and completing the fields on the website sloanecoffee.com, the User/Client declares on his own responsibility that all the information provided belongs to him and is correct, complete and valid.

PAYMENT METHODS
The products marketed through the website sloanecoffee.com have the price set next to each one, calculated in euros with automatic conversion in lei. We reserve the right to change the prices displayed without prior notice to our Customers/ Visitors.
For the payment of the ordered products and the delivery costs you can choose the following options:
– refund, at the time of delivery by the courier company;
-with the card; Online payment is made using the MobilPay payment system. We do not accept any responsibility for the information of your card because they do not reach us, they will only remain on the MobilPay website. Please pay online only if you are directed from our website.
MobilPay will not charge any additional commission. Your card will be charged with the amount displayed on the payment page.
Once you have placed your order online and have opted for payment by card, you will receive an email with the order details and payment details required. The order status will be “Pending” at this time, until payment is confirmed.

In the event of failure to comply with these terms and conditions, the Supplier reserves the right to terminate any form of collaboration with the User/ Customer.
The user/client declares that he/she agrees not to request SC SLOANE COFFEE ROASTERY SRL or its representatives any damages, liability, losses, costs (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and any other court costs), arising in connection with any legal action based on a violation of the terms of this Agreement, for actions not attributable to the subscriber. This guarantee from you remains in force even after the moment of the conclusion of the relationship between you and SC SLOANE COFFEE ROASTERY SRL
VIII. APPLICABLE LAW
The provisions of this document are interpreted and executed according to the Romanian law.
Any problem resulting from the violation or non-observance of the present terms and conditions will be resolved amicably. In case of misunderstanding, the judicial jurisdiction will belong to the Romanian courts, from the headquarters of SC SLOANE COFFEE ROASTERY SRL
