A sixth-generation coffee producer with family roots in Turin, Italy, Rodolfo manages three farms in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, each serving a distinct role within his operation. He is internationally recognised for his processing expertise and has shared his methods with producers across Latin America. His approach is detail-oriented and grounded in data - he measures by latitude as much as altitude.
The farm, FES - Finca El Salvador is a passion project inherited from his father by Rodolfo Ruffatti Batlle, the producer from whom we source most of our Salvadoran coffee lots. You can also discover another El Salvador lot in our selection, grown in the same region and processed as a 120H Fermented Natural, available while stocks last.
